Relaxation Scalp Therapy

A soothing 30-minute session focused on the upper shoulders, neck, and scalp. Using 306 Deep Sea Massage Oil, your treatment includes light massage strokes, gentle hair pulling, and specialized scalp tools to ease tension.

Frequently asked Questions

Q: Should I wash my hair before my treatment?

A: No, there is no need to wash your hair prior to the treatment. If you do need to wash your hair prior to treatment, please do your best to make sure you are giving your scalp 48 hours to produce natural oils before treatment. 

Q: Can I have a head spa if I have just had my hair coloured? 

A: While we are confident the products  we use in service are safe for colour treated hair, it is advised to wait 72 hours after having your hair coloured before receiving a head spa. This gives your hair and time to regenerate some of its natural oils. 

Q: Can I have the service if I have hair extensions? 

A: We do not recommend  a head spa service for if you currently have any type of of hair extensions. We recommend and wash and blow out if you have extensions or that you come see us for a head spa treatment after having extensions removed, and before having them replaced.

Q: Can I have a headspa if  I am pregnant or breastfeeding ?  

A: Yes, you can receive a headspa service if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. All products used on scalp hair and skin are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.  Keep in mind the minimum time laying on your back is 1 hr. We do provide pillows for support.

Q: What if I have curly hair?

A: If you have curly hair, you will still receive a customized head spa treatment as described under our head spa services. The only difference is your hair will be diffused with a diffuser instead of fluff dry. If you would like a full blow out please see the description for The Ultimate Head Spa or Blow out add on option.
